This natural resource is totally dependent on rainfall, grows rapidly and significantly reduces carbon emissions in the atmosphere.

Let’s not forget to add that when made into a foot-bed of Ecosole, it offers amazing natural rubber grip, slip resistance, and lightweight all day comfort. 

Recycled Plastic

To prevent the atmosphere from plastic pollution, we have decided to turn waste into something purposeful!
We manufacture high-quality fibers for Ecosole with the help of 100% recycled materials, including post-consumer water bottles and pre-consumer waste.

We have a deep love for nature and a profound appreciation for the natural resources that benefit both the planet and its people. This love for nature has driven us to utilize its gifts in crafting the laces for Ecosole.

Cotton, being biodegradable and environmentally friendly, leaves no harmful impact on the environment, unlike synthetic materials that can take hundreds of years to decompose.

Thank you for choosing Urbansole! We aim to provide you with the best shopping experience. Please read our exchange and return policies carefully:
  1. We offer a 15-days exchange and return policy for unused products that are in the same condition as when they were received.
  2. If you encounter any issues with the size or have had a change of mind regarding your purchase, please contact our helpline (03460000128) for assistance.
  3. Our team will provide you with a return label and an exchange/return form upon contacting our helpline.
  4. Please ensure to print both the return label and the exchange/return form. Pack the parcel securely and drop it off at your nearest courier office told by our team and take receiving from them on a copy of the shared label and share it to us on WhatsApp (03460000128).
  5. Once the parcel has been received at our warehouse, our team will inspect the product. If your claim is approved, you will receive a voucher of the amount you paid minus the shipping fee for the return (Rs. 200). Please note, in case of a damaged product, the shipping charges will not be deducted from the voucher amount.
  6. Please note that only sizes can be exchanged at our retail stores if the desired size is available in-store. However, product exchanges or voucher use cannot be done at our retail stores.
  7. The amount of the voucher will be according to the price paid at the time of the order and can be used for your next online purchase.
  8. Vouchers can be used any time and has no expiration date.
  9. A vouchers full amount is used, partial usage is not permissible.
  10. Cash refunds are not applicable to any orders.
  11. Vouchers can not be combined with other promotional vouchers.
