Order Processing Time

  • Orders placed before 5:00 PM will be processed and shipped on the same day.
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed on the next working day.
Please note that orders are processed Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.

 

Shipping Methods and Costs

  • Free shipping on prepaid orders.
  • Flat Rs 150/- shipping chargers for nationwide.

 

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days.
  • During sale and promotion periods delivery might take a little longer than expected.

 Delivery Attempts

  • If you are not available to receive your order, our delivery partner will make a second attempt. After the second failed attempt, the package may be returned to us. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery.

  • Public Holidays: Please be aware that delivery times may be affected during public holidays. We recommend placing your order in advance to avoid any delays.
  • Incorrect Address: Ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. Urbansole is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
